APX and the PSC Staff have scheduled a stakeholder meeting for users of the Missouri REC tracking system (North American Renewables Registry). The meeting will be held in Room 130, Governor Office Building, Jefferson City, MO on the morning of Wednesday, March 10, 2010. There will be a training session on the use of the REC tracking system at the same location that afternoon. We will be able to accommodate about 20 people at the afternoon training session.

Please contact Mike Taylor (contact information below) if plan on attending either the morning and afternoon meetings. If Missouri utility representatives want additional people from their organizations to attend the afternoon training session, please provide me those names as soon as possible.
